The Commission on $35,000 Potential Sales that never was:


I was talking with a door-to-door sales rep in home improvement - windows, big tickets, big emotions. He’d just gotten a homeowner to say yes to replacing the entire home’s windows for about $35,000. On his math, that was roughly 10% commission; real money. He was genuinely excited.
